Tasmanian east coast changing fast

Sea temperatures and currents are changing. Fish are changing their ranges. Algae are blooming. How do we interpret what we are seeing? Has it happened before? Is it part of a natural cycle? Gustaaf Hallegraeff hopes to find out. He has embarked on a program collecting sediment cores from along the Australian east coast, including Tasmania, and hopes to read the history of the oceans and ecosystems.
