Since first creating the program (in 2011), Dr Lisa Roberts continues to lead Living Data in an effort to increase public understanding and encourage informed action towards a sustainable future.
Today ‘About’ Living Data explains itself as:
“an independent programme of interactive authoring
that is true to science, clear in language, appealing to senses,
evolving and surprising (showing something new).
Living Data are responses of living things (including us) to our
changing climate expressed through consensus science and individual
sensory responses. This website makes known interactions that happen
between scientists and artists and chart changes in understanding that happen
through this process.”
Visit the Living Data website to understand something of the solidarity that exists between those who work to make climate change visible.
